Our resident Pro trainer is Rob Jones. He has been competitively training and showing dogs for the last 10 years. He has trained numerous working field dogs/competitive hunt test dogs successfully up to the Master Hunter level. His own dogs carry top field titles, obedience titles and also show titles. He was the first handler dog team ever to pass the "Canadian Master National" ! In addition to field classes and private training, Rob has the experience to help QUICKLY turn your dog from running your household to the perfect companion. His straightforward approach to training is simple and effective. You will no longer have to beg / lure or plead your dog to listen to you. Your dog will do it willingly with a wagging tail, no tricks or gimmicks!
Bird dog Training Introduction : 6 week course designed for those who are interested in learning about the sport of "Retriever Trials", "Working Certificates" , "Hunt Tests" or simply want to learn how to train a hunting retriever . This course is open to all bird dog breeds. All levels of training available, from very basic introduction to higher competition level. We can help you reach your goal with your retriever. If you want a reliable hunting dog, or just want to give your dog the chance to do what it was bred to do, this course is for you! We do not use live ammunition or firearms in this course, but use blanks from a starter pistol for training to simulate the hunting environment. k9protrainer@countryclubforpets.com

Course will be Instructed by Rob Jones , Rob Has competed Successfully in CKC Hunt Test , HRC Hunt Test , Field Trials , Toronto Sports Man Show Retriever Trials , Woodstock Outdoor Show Red Flannel Retriever Challenge.
He Has Tittled Many Dogs to top level Tittles including Multiple dogs to CKC's WCX (working certificate excellent),SH(senior hunter),MH(master hunter) ,As well as HRCs HR(hunting retriever) Titles. Placing a 3rd and a 4rth at Toronto Sportsman Show. Winning the Tittle of "Grand Champion"at the 2007 Outdoor Show. Rob and his lab "Cruiser", were the first team ever to pass the "Canadian Master National" Hunt Test Competition. This test involved 5 consecutive days of Master Level Hunt tests.
